Born in Bastogne in 1967, law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain with distinction (1990), member of the Namur Bar (1991) and the Brussels Bar (2001), certified as a specialist in urban planning and environmental law (2004), holder of a training certificate in criminal cassation procedure (2019), guest lecturer at the University of Saint-Louis in Brussels (master’s degree in environmental law and public real estate law; “Enterprise and Environment”). He is involved in numerous publications, articles and conferences on subjects such as environmental liability, environmental permits, polluted soils and urban planning offences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He practices urban planning and environmental law on a daily basis, both in its administrative aspects (administrative appeals, Council of State, etc.) and in its civil and criminal aspects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

He practices urban and environmental law on a daily basis with a keen interest in land use planning and urban planning violations. Engaged in public life since 2019 as a CPAS councilor, he also served as a tutor assistant in administrative law at ULB from 2021 to 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
